By signing up for Boutique Jolie Alerts, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications about account changes, appointment reminders, client messages, and other updates.

Note: We do not use an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) to generate, store, or send messages.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Boutique Jolie Alerts supports most major and regional U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost USA, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile USA, Cellcom, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Appalachian Wireless, Nex-Tech Wireless, nTelos, Revol, and many others.
Important: Carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee delivery of SMS messages. Delivery depends on your wireless provider’s network. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures in message delivery.
7. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Information you provide is used solely to send SMS alerts. We may disclose it only to comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, or protect our interests.
By signing up, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. False information may result in termination of service and any legal remedies available.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Boutique Jolie Mobile Alerts program will be resolved by binding arbitration in Michigan before a single arbitrator under Michigan substantive law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually — no class, consolidated, or representative actions. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Arbitration costs are shared equally; the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees. All proceedings and awards are confidential except as required for enforcement or by law.
9. Miscellaneous Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains valid.
